This is Toyah, after she left Safari records her new record company decided to give her a more glamorous image, though she does look quite different I dont think Toyah was ever really comfortable with this image. She does look attractive, around this time she recorded Echo Beach and in that Video she looks hot...I think this was filmed at Epcot in Florida they threw a lot of money at her but the record company made a cock up of her carreer. She is a great performer and you have to admire her.
My Uncle & Aunt were on holiday there when this was filmed! They met Toyah who was dressed in a Pearly Queen outfit at the time. Told her how their nephew was a big fan! It was a Celebrity It's a Knockout.
