The best solution would perhaps be for Corpnet to be held by a Nevada holding company, rather than shareholders in CA. This would especially be the case if the corporation's stockholders did not want their names published as owners, or if they are institutional owners such as pensions or self-directed IRA's. Foreign shareholders are certainly better off to base ownership in Nevada as well.
