  • lol @ the guy around the 0:55 mark getting pwnd.

  • looks tooo hard really..

  • Very demanding workout. But also very boring. I wonder how many of these practitioners can stick with routines built on so many unrelieved repetitions of the same movements. Do they get burned out after a year? Do they make it through a year?

  • all these jokers make me laugh hahahaha jerks...

  • these folks need to add sandwich to the workout plan

  • @berrybonezz Trust me, I had an issue with this when I began doing Xfit, being spec-ops in the Navy. But they're essentially the same.

  • @berrybonezz you do have to realize that even tho these people are doing Xfit, they could still very well be beginner lifters. If you watch some more videos and see some of the seasoned Xfitters, they have perfect form! As for the pull-ups....you do the same work to the same muscles when you perform a "kipping" pull-up as you do when you perform a hanging pull-up. The "kip" just allows for speed. Trust me, I had an issue with this when I began doing Xfit, being spec-ops in the Navy.

  • this reminds me of tabata , making ppl want to puke one set at a time lol

  • love the clockwork orange music

  • Why doesn't the coach correct their awful hanging clean technique???

  • @valgez1 i totally agree with ya on that, but unfortunately that's how crossfit works. their method is to forget form and weight (some times) and focus purely on repititions. it's absolutely hilarious watching someone do pull-ups the cross-fit way.

  • @berrybonezz Yeah, they want to excel in CF workouts and win in CF games, that's their ultimate goal.

  • @berrybonezz STFU you weak ass bodybuilder

  • crossfit people think they are olympic lifting mad dawwggs, no technique at all

  • @CptCoolXD

Lets see what you got then?

    That's what I thought.

  • @libertystudent Nice arguement. You should learn some elementary logic. Just because they may or may not be better than someone does not mean that they are good at it. Instead of just picking up a barbell and throwing it around one should learn technique because when the weight starts getting heavy it will be impossible to lift in this fashion.

  • @CptCoolXD

Awe shoot, you done got me with your fancy city boy words. I guess I should learn some of that dere elemennterry logic, shucks! Bahahaha

  • HAHAHA! Fuck yeah, America! looool

  • Some of those people must have really sore wrists. Someone needs to show them how to rack a bar.

  • lame

  • SIgh,...I'm really tired now from watching all this. Great job everyone!

  • You should see his snatch. Clarification: by snatch I mean vagina.

  • i cant imagine how sore your joints would get after a few of these workouts.. all that swinging and total lack of muscle control just to get the weight up and get reps for time its insane.

  • @davidpenwell1987

    Actually your joints get stronger.

To answer your lack of insight, they do have complete control. Its just not your typical bodybuilding.

  • Nice job

  • this is bad weightlifting from amateurs shut of the vindeo please poustroamerikanakia olo malakies eiste re γαμω τουσ κολοεβραιουσ σας μπασταρδα αμερικανακια

  • Those are hang cleans, not power cleans

  • Horrible horrible technique. What a joke...

  • What a sound track...Clockwork Orange....love it.

  • i do this on my dayz off.... Cmon son

    that was a joke

  • What the hell is the guy doing in the background at 7:40. Because those certainly are not chinups with all that swinging leg action!

  • @ronanthecowtamer Kipping pullups bud, he prob. just started Crossfit maybe..

  • what does the winner get a protein shake?

  • Stuff the weight multiplier.. do you make it harder for the small guys in a chin up workout??

  • was that bald dude seriously lifting barefoot?

  • doing these lifts barefoot is good

  • somebody should warn them about technic...some of the guys are ready to hurt themselves.Round back everywhere. How do you get to the number 15?Does it have any significance for improving muscle endurance?

  • HANG power clean!

  • lol thinplates

  • you know that those aren't 45lb plates? there really light but made to look big like the ones at regular gyms

  • they are 25's

  • they are made to look like that so you have the same ROM as you do with 45ib plates. if they were to deadlift with 25ib plates that you usually find in most gyms for deadlifts etc you go too low which can make the back round at the bottom of the lift.

  • what does the weight multiplier mean???

  • That's hardcore.
