  • Nice vid

  • If everyone does their job the world would be a better place.

  • The superiorPAK Truck grabbers sound weird, then to the Macdonald Johnston trucks which go ererererererererer erererer!!!!!

  • Very interesting catch! Love how the panel's missing, wish more trucks were like that LOL! Be neat to see a truck with exposed cylinder doing units (major hint ;)!!!! Didn't pick up on that 'whistle' you mentioned, prolly more evident in real life...All the same it was a great vid [5 'n fav!] :D

  • Thanks! Cool to have a little something extra to focus on and also get to see how fast the packer is operating :) Wonder where I'll find another raptor with an exposed cylinder on a unit run? ... that'll be a tricky find but will keep an eye out (wink). With that "whistle" (that I can't find the right word for), if you go to 2:15 you can hear the revs start up, it's that sort of start up sound I refer to, kinda... mm... then you can hear it when he takes off to the next bin... if you get me? :/

  • + you sort of imagine the trash (greens, rather) either falling off the packer into the bottom of the hopper or else getting packed....helps with the visual lol

Yeah, couldn't exactly go out looking for one unless you knew EXACTLY where one with it missing operated...Just if you happen to find one I guess.

  • OHH ok, yeah 2:15 I know what you mean, that sort of 'heavy duty semi sound'...yeah don't know any better word than whistle, lol...hmm . . . can't think of anything, thought there was some word but maybe not. Thought that might've been what you were talking about lol, still can't think of the word for that and it's kinda bothering me lol!!

  • haha Yer, been bugging me for a while now... might find the right word one day!

  • LOL!

  • Awesome! never knew SuperiorPAK still made the packer cylinder thing on the outside of the Raptors? and what is the stuff on the outside of the hopper enterence? Hills have it to? Also what purpose does it serve?

  • They've always been positioned there, the hydraulic is usually covered up by a panel so don't really see it. I believe that "rubber shield" sort of on the hopper entrance acts as some kind of guard to stop materials blowing away... just a guess (and yep, Hills have it too). Thanks for the comment! :)

  • Ohhhhhhhh yeahhh haha now that you mention it I remember the panel thing covering the packer cylinder haha :) aww so thats what its covering eyy :). Thats a fair enough guess, chancers are thats what it probably is :). So are all the Cleanaway Raptor Hurstville, Bankstown and Kogarah trucks all at the same depot? and if so where abouts is the yard?

  • Yep, all the Kogarah, Hurstville and Bankstown Greens trucks are parked out at Depot Rd, Mortdale/Peakhurst - hard to miss the place. From a little estimate, they'd have about 20 trucks there.

  • awwk no worries :)

  • nice catch favourite*

  • wow awesome vid! Thats a very fast truck! 5* and favorite!

  • Nice video, boy that truck sure is quick. I have been watching a litle disposal business for sale here in Canada......hopefully my presentation to the owner will convince him he should sell to me.

  • nice! what style collection?

  • it's manual collection...nothing but the best!!!!! An old 33 cubic yard shu-pak comes with the business..stay tuned!

  • awsum vid
