  • STARSLINGER <3

  • @aydenmonday1 ♥Yes♥

  • this is better than the starslinger version.

  • What a beautiful emotional piece of art. Modernized scatting mixed with something else entirely

  • I admire her courage...

  • Amazing

  • I don't remember where I came across this....only rediscovered it because I was looking at my twitter from 3 years ago.. so beautiful in a strange way <3

  • OMFG this is so amaaaazing!

  • I absolutely love this. The remix and this..Amazing

  • I don't understand why she's just making silly noises and not actually saying anything?

  • @blades92 you're an idiot

  • @blades92 You're right, you don't understand.

  • the live version is even better

  • 5 people don't like one-minute fade-outs.

  • @rforsyth64

    what annoying person

  • star slinger - may i walk with you? :) wonderful

  • wth?

  • Star. Slinger.

  • does she ever shut up?

  • @cimattikaiman lol i know right? good tune though

  • @cimattikaiman Fuck, that's a dumb comment. It's like saying does Keith Richards ever stop playing guitar? Her voice is an instrument, dude. Get used to it. The tone is sweet, and lyrically who the fuck cares when the melodies are so sweet as well.

  • @cimattikaiman rude!

  • i've had the this on loop all day <3

  • may i walk with you, uh HUH! <3

  • lol this is real "indie-hop". or spoken word with backing indie chord progressions.

Can't believe this song's from 2000. Alternative rock definitely has a long lifespan.

It took no time for me to get used to her vocals. I always thought they were good n' poppy. Great tune

  • love this song. :) HYPER VOCS

  • i love this song

  • i agree this is a pretty cool, beautiful and strange song

very original sound, at least thats my opinion

  • hm ich bin ja musikalisch sehr experimentierfreudig aber das hier ist eigenartig^^

  • Absolutely kosher records, plus minus

  • ♥♥♥

  • It deeply saddens me that this band ceased to exist. I first came across this band I hated it with passion, didn't understand why they would make such rubbish. The vocals? What was going on there? Then, I gave the album another listen, and upon this second listen I found happiness. I understood why they made music like this. In addition to this, I found the live album which was almost a tear jerker. Such a happy band. The reason I think they disbanded was because the world wasn't ready for them.

  • @Tyzz honestly i think the world would be ready for them now i could really see this song on a commerical

  • @colinreeter777

How does it feel to be angered by simply pixels? Pretty good, huh?

"the you are fucking retarded" Strong sentence construction, bro.

It's my personal opinion, man. No-ones personal opinion is right or wrong. Sue Tompkins's vocal style was highly unusual for me to listen to, but I got used to it and liked it more and more.

Brb, dying because I gave something I didn't like another chance. Cheers.

  • @Tyzz haha sorry "bro" i was quite belligerent last night, dont even remember posting that

  • @colinreeter777

    It's all love, baby.

  • I saw them live!

  • @carlyw1982 You are an extremely lucky person. Goddammit I was only 9 when they broke up. I didn't have a chance!

  • if i lose you in the street..

  • Good song but

single version is better than the one on the album (this one)

  • a version better than this one? know where i could find it?

  • @2Feet1Wheel live album is on most torrent sites, live version is much better

  • @soruche I agree, the live version has an immediacy that the album version doesn't. This band is so immense rhythmically, and it comes across better on their live album/

  • great great song....

  • they split

  • Your right - amid all the s****y indie dross, this voice stands out.

  • G g great s song! great song uh oh ^^
