He can't make fried rice with egg?! He just cook rice, add egg and seasoning, which in fact it can overcook the eggs and of course like chefs said that it was over-salted.

You just have to cook separately. Cook eggs until it's done, remove it to the plate with napkin on it to absorb some oil, and then cook (precooked) rice and add some more ingredients like the proteins and some vegetables, then at the end you add cooked (scrambled) eggs and season it well and taste (but no double-dipping).
