@forgen88 use a different type of paint

the base layer is lacquer, but the panel lining is enamel. the two types of paints respond to different thinners.

What colour he use for mixing white?

What colour he use for mixing red?

What colour he use for mixing blue?

What colour he use for mixing yellow?

All paints are Gunze, Mr Color.

White is used to create light and shadow.

Blue: Cobalt Blue + Fluorescent Pink, Highlight by adding White

Red: Shine Red + fluorescent Orange, Highlight by adding White

Yellow Washing (Sumi-ire) Tamiya Enamel Khaki + Thinner.

its a special film sold in Japan for cell phones. It protects the main screen, and also the color changes depending on the angle you look into it, this also protects your privacy.

If I build the same ver.Ka kit I bought thru the same way he build it, I ended up spending thousands of dollars experimenting and buying proper tools like airbrush compressor, glassy phone covers and even buy another same kit coz I keep ruined it. lolz ... Good things comes with a price. For now I'll just do it the amateur way.

@shishihenge that's what i'm doing right now, my first 2 kits became test subjects for sanding, hand brush painting (don't try it, it sucks) and spray painting.

i still need to spend some cash on an airbrush tho.
