I agree, it is great to have an Apple store here in Norwich. The new mall has played a huge part in developing Norwich as a serious player on the retail scene and we are seeing more people visit for shopping weekends :)

Yep. Tragically, it happens at all the store openings. Apple still have a lot to learn about localisation, we really don't all want the whooping and hollering Stateside experience!

i was at a store here in Los Angeles when (as I found out later) a new employee walked in for the first time. Everyone stopped and applauded and shook his hand. Even some customers once they knew what was up. Better than no one knowing your name all day

Vile? These stores combine a strong visual presence with tasteful colours and high functionality. They work! I stood outside for some time and watched people approaching.. universally smiling.
