If you haven't done this already, try taking a walk or two or three. In a situation like this people see it as a coping mechinism (in this case it kinda is) and aren't likely to question much. Especially if you tell them you need to clear your head.
Sleeping alot is good too... but be careful with that one...you could end up seeing a therapist for depression.
