I've actually been here. I lived on this campus for 2 years from 2002 until 2004. It is now called Cascades Job Corps. On the center, this building and the tunnels are not the only haunted areas. One of the dorms, when I would go in I had the feeling of something very evil watching me.
@SuperMetalrocker666 For Northern State, aka Cascades Job Corps Center, you don't know it's haunted until you actually go there. If you look at pictures of the place in daylight, you can see how old it is.
At right around 5:43, right after Jay first asks, "Is there anybody in here?", you can just barely hear a (female?) voice whisper, "Go back", right a split-second before Jay and Grant both turn around. THAT is CREEPY.
@GeminiCusp82 shes not dumb no one is shes an INVESTIGATOR IN TRAINING if u go to season 3 shes so smart and hot at the same time and then Amy comes and they become partners

I live in Sedro Woolley and was actually at Northern States yesterday. There's a whole nother part of the hospital across the field that's really awesome

At the time, we had a lot of things happening... I went to the TAPS forums, and was taught how to sift through what were natural things, and what was left...
Seems most of it was residual, although I couldn't find history on the house.
Also, the family was in turmoil, and it was causing more phenomena.
Myself, and daughter learned very much. And, today, when we have visitors at our new place, we mostly know who to deal with it...

You'd have to ask them...
From what I see and have heard... the floor where they are in the beginning of the clip is earth. So, walking shouldn't cause things to move.
Also, there are so many pipes and such down there as you can see.
If there is a possibility that the cause could be from something explainable, then it can't be used as evidence.
