  • When you picture everything as you want instead of how it really is, you will have some major problems... This way of thinking always got humanity into misery and bloodshed... Organized religion is the oldest example... nationalism, communism... For these ideas humans shed their blood... For fantasies... But I sense, it will change. As our ability to learn advances, we can avoid making mistakes because of ignorance. Open mind is greatest virtue now.

  • You US guys cant believe how I envy you. Here in Germany nobody has the balls to publicly fire those good old arguments against the leftist mainstream.

  • @Skandalos Because they are senseless and contradictory to everything our nation and our constitution is based upon. Solidarity , equality and liberty are values that forged and continue to forge modern Germany , not ruthless neoliberal nonsense.

  • @MrDarudin "our nation" LOL how retarded can you get? Our German nation is founded on lack of balls, guts, courage, and of course lack of decency. It is founded on arrogance, stupidity, and degeneration. Youre one fitting example.

  • @Skandalos Well If you say so . Would you remind me what stops you from packing up and leaving you since you clearly seem to disapprove of our constitution and our traditions.

If you don't fancy living here , nobody's forcing you to stay . I do make the assumption that you will hardly be missed.

  • @Skandalos Really? I am an american, I lived in the country of Belgium for 5 years (2000- June of 2006), everyone I met seemed to be a leftist. No surprise. I am surprised at all of these people outside of the US who voice conservative opinions! I really thought that conservative people only lived in the USA! I am so glad to be proven wrong!

  • "Corporate weapons manufacturers whose mission statement is to kill brown people in their global war for oil."

Why would weapons manufacturers even want OIL to begin with? Besides plastics needed for new-age small arms like the G36, FN SCAR L/H, and the ACR, oil is WORTHLESS to weapons manufacturers. Just goes to show how liberals lacked logic.

  • @Point50Cal Correction, most plastics are synthetic and made from PETROchemicals, even the rarely used organic plastics involve treatment with petrochemicals. The link between weapons manufactures and lust for oil is just some idiots idea, not all liberals are conspiracy theorists.

  • Truth is actually *not* subjective. and "how i feel" is not a good way to set policy.

  • He takes every belief I have and puts them in a beautifully articulated form for when I get too angry at liberals to speak.

  • "Truth is incontrovertable. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride, but in the end... there it is." - Winston Churchill

  • Hey Bill, you would be surprised how many times I've heard conservatives say, "Well, that's your truth". And yep, I've noticed many liberals doing the same thing, just as often.

  • FYI Bill ,its been well above 220 people shot and killed on the Berlin Wall

  • Maybe we can get some extreme leftists to get on leaky boats and head for Cuba. See you later "chum."

  • Capitalism is better than socialism.

    Liberals: “INCONSIVABLE!!!”

Bill Whittle has a way of destroying far left’s views in under 10 min. AND!! You don’t need to buy his movie to watch it *stares at Moore*. Rather than left-wing nuts admitting they don’t have the work ethic or drive to live in the best system available (capitalism) they run to old ideals that have been proven to not work for many years (socialism).

  • This guy is pathetic. Stereotyping the entire progressive base and saying that he is alway right. We live in a different world than ever before, and we need to completely rethink our outlook on the world. This idiot in the video pays no attention to the outrageous military spending of our country that should be used for social programs. He claims that conservatives have all the answers by ignoring the flaws in his ideology. The extreme left is just as wrong as the extreme right.

  • @odayspringx - It's all extreme from your perfect middle. I wish I lived there. I'd be so awesome.

  • @odayspringx

He said nothing about that. The video is meant to illustrate that he would like to align himself with political ideals that bring about prosperity, ie; free markets. No one wants war or people to go hungry, we are working as best we can to end these problems, and angry whiners, ahem, are not in the least bit helpful.

  • @odayspringx

I'm just going to rate you down and be on my way...

  • Your thesis appears to be that socialism is a good thing. Recieving money that was earned by the effort of another by means of a third or recieving party deciding that money's wherebouts is theft. Theft is wrong. Free market capitalism provides a means to grow wealth by utilizing the principles of self interest. Socialism destroys wealth. Either feed lots of people or lots of people starve. I prefer eating. Governments are the largest cause of human suffering and death throughout all history.

  • @juliajuly4th You are correct. Legalized theft is still theft.

  • This video is bad for Bill Whittle's credibility. He's just attacking straw men. It's much easier than really talking to people and engaging in charitable interpretations, I suppose.

  • Name one highly functioning socialist state that isn't committing human atrocities on an obscene scale. Name on "highly functioning socialist state" where the people aren't ignorant to life in general and the blessings of freedom. Name on "highly functioning socialist state" that isn't corrupt to the core in it's abuses of power, money, economic forces and complete elimination of personal freedom and responsibilities. Bill is exactly right.Truth is not contextual but in the diseased mind it is

  • @IruleOverProgressive Ofcourse i can. Sweden (well the 21th century at least), Norway, India, Chile. Not all define them selves as socialist states but since i live in sweden i can confirm that my land (witch has had the Social Democratic Workers' Party in government almost always) Is neither corrupt or non-free. Well atleast not in comparison to any other country. So is this not a truth???? Look it up. We have higher HDI, life expectancy than the U.S...

  • @glasavvatten There are two possible reasons for this. 1. Sweden has a highly motivated and moral population and or someone else is paying the bill.

  • @gottistgutya Sure that could be the reasons for it. I believe that the developing countries are paying the bill for all of western wealth. And you can't dismiss differences by a motivated population. You have to look at what type of society motivates people and in what way. It has been confirmed in studies that inequality results in the populations dream of higher status jobs (US much higher than Sweden) But in those sociaties people dont reach their dream and motivation goes down

  • @glasavvatten If all "developing" countries have little money, where are they getting the money that they are using to pay for the western countries?

  • @gottistgutya Seriously??.. Of course I do not mean that the developing countries gives the Industrial ones money in pure cash or whatnot. Example. mac invents the Iphone couse they have a lot of wellpaid educated people in an I-country. A poor D-country makes and gets too work at slave-salaries, get all environmental destruction. The Product is shipped back and taxes, duties and more are added and that rich country recives the money and product. Without them we would not be rich.

  • @glasavvatten I think your perspective is lacking and simply wrong. I have been in some of those places, and people who are able to eat, have transportation, and shelter would strongly disagree with you. Slaves do not earn a salary. How much another person earns is not my business, nor is it your's or anybody elses. Thinking that way hints strongly at a problem with envy. Envy destroys peoples lives. It is used by the powerful to control others. Bad people do bad things.

  • @gottistgutya Slaves do usually get just enough to survive and that is pretty much what 1,5 billion people is living on in the world. Of course it is you're and my business. The consumer have a lot of power to change what the companies put their money on. Tiger Woods earned more money in a nikes add than all of the employies nike had to make the sneakers he did the comercial for. Who is paying?

  • @glasavvatten I don't buy Nike products. Does that make me a better person? Apparently Tiger Woods did not benefit from Nike's contracts, but that really is not my business. By the way a lot of those so called slaves are now able to buy Nike brand shoes...

  • @gottistgutya First of all ofcourse he benefited of it. Secondly slave-saleries and slaves are not the same thing and just because some people are getting it better dose not mean that they are not doing so on the cause of others. But if you are only going to attack my examples instead of my thesis then there is no point of having the discussion.

  • Isn't logic a beautiful thing. Bill, gives all the evidence as facts and truth! As he mentions, this truth is the antithesis to everything that libs and progressives stand for! As Rush says, libs live and die by their lies. They can't function in an arena of debate and truth because they have none within their self contrived dogma! Whittle is a genius at providing logic in an intelligent and insanely enough easy to understand format so that even a lib could grasp!

  • I've always loved Whittle, but the Princess Bride clip just sealed my admiration forever.

  • This is wrong on so many levels. When you prove something you choose what you want to show. you make different correlations (someone might say us wealth is becouse of war and slavery, not capitalism). And most important of all you base your anwers on different world views. I live in sweden witch has had a socialistic (base) government most of the 21th century. We refuse hundreds of thousands refugees (I would like them all to stay). Is this an opinion or the truth from a different angle? Cheers

  • @glasavvatten Wow, i'm amazed at reading your post that you cannot see that you committed the exact errors of turning opinion into truth that Whittle talked about. Can't you see your errors. I've heard it said that liberalism comes from a diseased mind. It's definitely true after reading your comments. You can't even see or understand from your own comments that Whittle was right all along!

  • @IruleOverProgressive Oh please! I am well aware of the point i am making. And no you are the one not seeing. There is not one truth as there have existed terrible capitalist states and Highly functioning socialist states in the same way as Bill stress the opposite. The answer is contextual. Ofcourse all you can think of when you hear the world socialist is a starving family in Soviet and when you here capitalist you think of your ipad. Not all downsides te U.S has aswell.

  • @glasavvatten One could argue that the sun comes up in the west, but they would be wrong. I selected the item I wanted to show. Any human body that changes velocity above 100G's no longer functions. A severed limb does not grow back. But if i want these things to be different that makes them so, right?

  • Ugh, it makes me sick when far left organization use "Democracy" in their name. Have a discussion about the Iraq war with any one of them and you'll see they think democracy is nothing more than an arbitrary choice of lifestyle, a Western invention no more morally essential to life than coca-cola, and that spreading it to other parts of the world makes you a Nazi and an imperialist. Like everything the left claims to stand for they throw it under the bus the second it impedes their hatred.

  • Isn't another name for numerology "fuzzy math?"

  • Though you are primarily concerned with politics here on PJTV, this is an excellent video from a philosophical standpoint as well. After hearing this, I'd bet a modest sum of money that Mr. Whittle has read The Abolition of Man by C.S. Lewis.

  • this man is awesome

  • Princess Bride :D

  • Every time someone like Michael Moore or Sean Penn lectures Americans about how good and misunderstood Cuba is, what they are doing effectively is denigrating the effort and mocking the struggle of those people who risked everything (and I mean everything) to come here. Those people deserve better.

  • @koyunbaba73

the thing that gets me is,everytime Micheal Moore and alike talk about how nice and awesome and pretty and beauty and wonderful socialism (e.g. Cuba) is,i never see them leave anything behind here (in the bad bad capitalism system) to move to "their" oh so wonderful awesomeland, yet they take full advantage of capitalism while preaching it totaly sucks, people are strange

  • @Hoschi0913 Only one word sums up what you just described: HYPROCRACY

  • @Point50Cal

on who's part if i may ask ?

  • @Hoschi0913 I was refering to your rant about how liberals and socialists like to bash the economic system they in fact lived off on rather than moving to what they liked better.

  • @Hoschi0913 And thus, I'm screaming hypocracy on the part of the liberals.

  • @Point50Cal

    oh ok

  • @koyunbaba73 They do more than that - Michael Moore labels every pro American former Cuban in Florida a Fulgencio Batista supporter even though the latter died in 1973.

  • @fogwat Do you know that Christianity is correct? The world around us reveals that G-d DOES exist, and the historical evidence reveals that Jesus Christ really did come to this earth and there is overwhelming evidence that Jesus Christ really did physically rise from the dead. Jesus is coming again and the signs of the end times that were foretold in the Bible are coming to pass.

  • @marionetemanJ Sounds interesting, may I jump in? I think the pursuit of evidence or proof when it comes to religion is a mistake. Let me try to explain. Faith (along with hope and love) is one of the most important Christian virtues. Faith is the belief in, not knowledge of Christ. If we had proof of Christ there would be no reason to have faith in Him. Christ died for humanity's sins, in return we have faith in Him. Proof would mess up our end of things. Does that make sense?

  • @marionetemanJ uh.. there is no physical evidence that Ieshua bin Ioseph existed. try looking outside of the bible for your proof.

ps no jewish slaves in egypt, either.

  • @marionetemanJ You are in other end of the spectrum .Nobody is coming rest assured. But death is as certain as the sun rises

  • I would LOVE to see this guy do a bit on the Alex Jones truthers and his sheeple. They're anything BUT the truth.

  • Bill, you seem proud of your logical arguments, but this entire video is a strawman. Why point to one extremist, instead of talking policies that many liberals actually advocate and why you think we're wrong? I don't think you'd get an argument from many Democrats that the US economic system works better than Cuba's. But we might be able to learn something from places like Denmark or Sweden. Not that we need to adopt their systems wholesale, but there are at least some good ideas there.

  • @TheNoobSensei the point of the video is to highlight the logical fallacy of the stolen concept, of which Pacifica is the most clear example. Further, to the degree that any given country, US included, has accepted Statist policies, it has at best stagnated and at worst spiraled into dictatorship, censure and anarchy. The reason Sweden and Denmark are not the same as Cuba is because, whatever their lip service to it, they are not fully Statist.

  • @TheNoobSensei Go live in Sweden or Denmark. There is nothing new about socialism, no new ideas. It is the opposite of conservatism. Conservatism builds, socialism sucks. There may be places that suck very little but eventully they suck a lot. It is in the nature of how humans behave. This is not logic, it observable in everything everyone does, always. You cannot change that. Pay attention to what is happening in Europe. Will Sweden bail out Greece? Do they have the means?

  • "Socialism never took root in America because the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires" - John Steinbeck Shame only grows in the dark.

  • Didn't Ronald and Nancy Reagan consult an astrologer ?

  • Conservatives think and believe in facts

Liberals think what they believe are facts

  • HEH Chowda heads! Love it ! Keep the logic alive Bill!

  • this guy is the man

  • Bill Whittle sucks........ I see the point being made here, but that's all it is, a point. The majority of the people protesting are people that understand that greed has sold the world out.....it's that simple.....and if it doesn't change we are all going to be slaves forever to these greedy bastards. It's not that people are jealous of the rich.....they are sick of getting the shitty end of the stick all the time, whether they live in comfort or not.

  • @megagutz If you live in comfort, you are not getting the shitty end of the stick. You are just getting the end with round-steak on the skewer instead of filet mignon.

  • @Tharkun

I hear ya, but in 10-20 years from now at this rate.......my kids will have nothing but the bones to feast on if nothing is done about it.........that's a fact.

  • Damnit the countries that HAVE BEEN socialist also had dictatorships NOT democracies! I am not belittling your opinion, because I believe capitalism CAN work better, but no proper example of socialism has been put out! So far, socialism has either been put out by a radical dictator (genocide, world domination, the good stuff) or into a very weak economy! I believe that if there were a good example of socialism put into place in good economy and a stable society, we would see it works.

  • @buttdud1122 You know why there are no good examples of socialism working... ever? Because reality doesn't work that way. I know the concept of reality is a hard thing for some, but here is how it works:

Mankind is hard wired to work for its own self-interest. It's called "survival of the fittest". We aren't ants. We aren't wired to work for the collective. Regardless if you want to believe otherwise, people won't excel only to make the same wage as a ditch-digger. They just won't.

  • Here is what my socialist friends would say. Oh no, those countries aren't really socialist, if WE were to set it up WE would do it right, WE would do it SMARTER. Put US in charge and WE will take care of everything.

  • @asknudsen As with socialists states larger than a kibbutz, so with anarchies larger than Freetown Christiania. (If Freetown Christiania can still be called that, given that it's started forbidding things.) People just don't get that, in a society where you encounter people you don't care much about, your self-interest and your fear of the law are the only things keeping you from screwing them over.

  • On the first day of the first class at university, my professor told us (WITHOUT IRONY)

that truth was entirely subjective and that he would kick out anyone who suggested otherwise. Thus began my 4 year journey through the twilight zone we call college.

  • @koyunbaba73 I would have stood up, declared that "Obviously I won't find the truth here", walked out, dropped the class and lodged a formal complaint with the dean.

  • "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, THE truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6, my emphasis

What some call 'their' truth is properly called 'a lie', showing who their father is:

"Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." John 8:44

  • And what is the end of the work of those who believe lies, teach lies, culturally insinuate lies, and legislate lies, all under the lie that it is 'their truth'?

"The THIEF cometh not, but for to STEAL, and to KILL, and to DESTROY: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10

They are going to destroy themselves and those that believe them--and perhaps they don't even know it, having been deceived by the devil's lies themselves (2 Tim 3:13).

  • @AchillesSheild Funny that you bring God and Faith into a discussion about truth and facts.

Does having an imaginary friend in the sky, that you refer to as "God", fall into the category of truth or opinion?or maybe it is "your truth"?

  • @Gavishfamily I wasn't commenting on the existence of God. I was just saying that Utopianism is a quasi-religious faith. It has much in common with monotheistic eschatology, but it reverses the roles. That's why I called it a superstition: it gives man powers that are traditionally ascribed to God. Please read my comments carefully.

  • @AchillesShield OK, sorry for misreading on the first time. as you can see others already posted all the mumble jumble about the religious "truth" quoting from their source of "truth" the man-made bible.

  • This is an excellent video about the natural truth vs. people's beliefs and opinions. This is the essence of the scientific method - continuously trying to challenge and disprove your theory, in order to get closer to the truth.

The mystery to me is when people who can think rationally and deal with facts in forming their views of the world, are able to shut down any rational thinking and ignore facts when it comes to religion and religious beliefs. Does Bill Whittle believe in God?

  • It's funny to see Atlas Shrugged used as a how-to manual.

  • If you study the scriptures and really study Satan's tactics to attack the righteous, you will see many parallels with how Leftists try to attack the truth.

  • I cannot fathom the depth of pathetic douche-nozzleness of the 5 dirt bags that gave this video a thumbs down. Why do "people" like that waste our oxygen?

  • Nice try lumping in 9/11 truth activists with supporters of destructive progressive policies, Bill Whittle. Anyone who has performed a comprehensive study of the official evidence of the 9/11 attacks will have a problem with the official summary of the attacks. In fact, a large group of architects and engineers have banded together for 9/11 truth and a new investigation of the tragic attacks. Check out their website: ae911truth(dot)org

  • This man is brilliant and puts things very simply. I love this guy!

  • The comments here either agree will Bill's point or prove it by example.. "I could point out flaws, I just don't feel like it"... haha.

  • @Ricksterific Excellent point, Rick!!! I'm laughing out loud, literally!

  • Bill Whittle: Great video. I heard you've never read (much) Ayn Rand. You really should. You will find valuable support for many of your ideas, including the ones you put forward in this video.

  • @spectator59

I think Bill Whittle is a bit too religious for Ayn Rand. I've tried reading her stuff. It's almost as much fun as braining myself with a brick tied to a dictionary. She's an interesting philosopher, but awful writer.

  • If Whittle ever did read Atlas Shrugged, I'm sure he would identify with its heroes and fall in love with Dagny Taggart.

  • “Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence; nor is the law less stable than the fact…”

    John Adams

  • I don't mind being a socialist, if they don't mind giving me my Yachts and mansions !

  • No socialist will accept Bill's argument because he cites examples of poorly constructed socialist countries. That is how all socialists rationalize socialism's universal failure. But, because they are smarter and care more, they can actually make socialism work. The definition of insanity comes to mind.

  • So true.

  • You have truth and a half truth.

Too bad, because there was a lot of good points in your video. You are 95% correct. Try to talk to a friend who is a structural engineer by trade and ask if WTC collapsed because of 2500 gallons of jet fuel. It was controlled demolition.

By the way, do you know that Gorilla's DNA is the same as Human's in 95%?

  • CBS is more liberal than your ranking represents - Mark Knoller isn't the whole network you know.

  • @finny6

I think I mostly agree with his rankings. I might put CNN up higher, but when one of their news anchors defended John Kerry between segments, that kind of called it for me. The news media has been almost entirely coopted by the left.

  • Yes, people from socialist Cuba flee to the United States. So do people in capitalist Mexico (which by the way, is much more capitalist than the US. They don't have those socialist government environmental laws and minimum wage).

They come here because it's much better to live in the US than 3rd world countries with a history of foreign exploitation. That's why. It has very little do to with the economic systems of the countries.

  • @yeebuddeh1 Mexico is corporatist oligarchy.

  • @yeebuddeh1 Mexico is not capitalist. They set the price of tortillas.

  • Bill whittle 2012!!!

  • So why don't you society destroying liberals move to Norway? Get out of here and leave us in the last bastion of freedom instead of destroying it? Liberals a re a bunch of selfish looters and moochers who want other people to support them and refuse to support themselves. Leftists contribute nothing to society they just want to take and be given stuff for no reason other than they choose not to get off their fat asses.

  • Once again, Bill Whittle demonstrates why he rules the universe.

  • A hired gun for the neocons. How do you like his foppish hair-do? I'll bet he used to bring his teacher an apple. His basic message is, "Watch Fox News. That's where you'll find the truth." To point out all his straw man arguments would require more time than it's worth.

  • @bammbamm12 Hiding behind an alias on YouTube and talking about someone else's appearance is pretty weak.

  • @notjoshing - he's a faggot. Netanyahu's colostomy bag. A Krauthammer boot licker.

  • @bammbamm12 - You're a fucking idiot.

That's all the comment you're worth.

  • @thomaserossi - That's probably most of your vocabulary (whatever was left after you pilfered my sentence.)

  • @bammbamm12 - Its worth it if you could dispute one thing he said. You have a chance to sway people to your side if you just make the right pitch. Yeah, I noticed something was up with his hair right away, but I don't care. Heck, look at former ambassador John Bolton or Ralph Nader, they look straight wino. Which were the straw man arguments? About nobody "escaping" to socialist or communist countries? Just curious.

  • @HomelessOnline - Well well, let's pat America on the back because people hated Communism. But this little fairy says people preferred "capitalism" to Communism. Capitalism is a business model - it's not a government. People prefer freedom from the state to a distributist state. That has nothing to do with Capitalism. I hope he gets mugged.

  • @bammbamm12 Capitalism is not a "business model". If anything, Capitalism is the ABSENCE of a business model. Capitalism is what you get when free people are allowed trade with one another unrestrained by external interference. As for your "distributist state" - that's what is advocated by the Left, and what we on the Right oppose. OK, I'm done, your turn. Go ahead and cuss me out or call me a little fairy; that seems to be what all your arguments really consist of.

  • @harbqll - If by "absence" you mean absence of restraint, then yes, I agree. It's the separation of Commerce and State. "Leave us free to contract. We're enlightened. Government stay out of our affairs." This is good for the rich and powerful because they want to loot everyone for every last nickel. And you support them because you imagine you're on their side. They'll pick your pockets and throw you to the piranhas. They're in the process of doing this, and this fag gives them a gentle face.

  • @bammbamm12 Don't these rich and powerful have to leave enough of us non-rich around, unlooted of our last nickel and not eaten by the pirañas, to provide more nickels? Morons like you never think through a god damn bit of your raving.

  • @d1stewart1 - Oh yes, they certainly need a work force. They call you debt slaves. Rather than pay you a just wage, they'll loan you money at 30%. But you guys have always been power worshipers and so you adore them.

  • @bammbamm12 Boy your really are a dumbass. People like you act like your so "Enlightened" and smart but your just another shamer.

  • @jarheadzader - Democracy Now is virtually harmless. But they pissed off Israel, and Willie Whittle works for Netanyahu, and he's been told to attack them. So that's the story, Jerry? That's the stoooooorrrrrrrryyyyyy!

  • @bammbamm12 Capitalism is not a business model. Morons like you never think through a god damn bit of your raving. Capitalism is an economic system. And an economic system is not a business model either. But then, morons like you never think through a god damn bit of your raving. Capitalism is what people do when government leaves them alone in their financial and economic dealings with each other.

  • @d1stewart1 - you poor tool. How many trillions of dollars are paid to US Corporations under government contracts? Take your government ass kissing phony capitalism and stick it where the sun don't shine. We just bailed out the capitalists with our tax dollars. You ass kissing fool.

  • @bammbamm12 - I've read all your comments on this page and a) you fail to point out a single fallacy in the video and b) you didn't make one single argument to try and get people to your side. So again: could you dispute a single thing said in the video?

  • @HomelessOnline - I can but I won't. I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. Whittle is a putz and a tool of the neocon-quistadors. It's your job to find out why you're wrong.

  • @bammbamm12 - So your point is to troll and call people names? OK, then, I've done my job: I've determined you're full of [something bad], don't have one argument of substance against what I've learned to be correct that BW reports, and that you could probably use a job.

  • @HomelessOnline - Then we're done.

  • @bammbamm12 You "won't" because you cannot, not because you choose not too. You would probably usually try to use some arguement to make your point, but in this instance you cannot. Because, to try to make that point, you would have to make it to people that had just watched this video and are hyper aware of how scum like you (scum meaning liars) have to operate with what amounts to be a vacuum of truth.

  • @phoenixrising97 - I refuse to engage in an ad hominem debate. Read your post again and ask yourself if that's all you've got. Ask yourself, "Is it I who wrote that drivel?" "A vacuum of truth"; Wow. You're a real phrasemaker.

  • @bammbamm12 - I didn't get on here and point out your stupidity to be a "phrasemaker", like apparently you are, but just to get in my 2 cents worth of Truth against evil like you. And, also, I would take it that because a piece of shiz like you actually tried to tell me my "vacuum of truth" phrase was lame (at least I think that is what you were inferring) that to all the people on here that actually DO matter it WAS a good phrase.

  • @bammbamm12 - ask your boy Wee Willie Whittle what he thinks about the UN recognizing a Palestinian state. His answer will let you know who's paying his bills. "You tell me whar a man gits his corn pone, en I'll tell you what his 'pinions is." Mark Twain

  • @bammbamm12 You are not worthy to shine Whittle's shoes, stupid anti-Semite, arguments are for adults.

  • @EffieReal - Ahhh....listen to the enlightened one, who is unable to make a distinction between a Jewish person and the state of Israel.

I'm surprised Whittle wears shoes - somehow I can only see him in ballerina slippers. Isn't that hair-do simply adorable?

  • @bammbamm12 Says the anti-Semite.

  • @EffieReal - were all the Jews protesting in the streets of Tel-Aviv anti-semites too? Go away.

  • @bammbamm12 There are always useful idiots for you anti-Semites.

  • @EffieReal - You've used that term three times already. Have you heard the story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf?

  • @bammbamm12 Have you heard about shoes that fit?

  • @EffieReal - Yes, I have.

  • @bammbamm12 He just spent eight and a half minutes talking about the invalidity of emotional arguments and... you go and make an emotional argument.

Do you suck that much on your own, or is there some sort of class one can attend?

  • @Halo4Lyf - you have eliminated yourself as a creditable opponent by your own words. Does your mother know you're queer or haven't you told her yet?

  • @bammbamm12 Oh dear, I am *so* going to enjoy when the shooting starts in this country.

  • @Halo4Lyf - I'm reporting you to Homeland Security. Oh wait! That's your bag.

  • The far-left modus operandi: "… wishful thinking, revenge fantasies, and delusions of grandeur wrapped tight in pseudo-scientific and pseudo-philosophical jargon designed to steal credibility from what is, and redistribute it according to need."

  • @geopablomac - the far right modus operandi - loot foreign countries, exploit cheap labor, turn on Fox news when your favorite bitch is on, and don't give up until we're broke - then you can loot us.

  • @bammbamm12 Wow, that's not even wrong. The right just wants the government to leave the individual alone to live their lives as they see fit, unless one individual violates the rights of another, and no private force can resolve the issue. The marching cry of the right is "Don't Tread on Me!" for a reason. To state it plainer, "Leave Me Alone!"

  • @bammbamm12 Loot foreign companies and exploit cheap labor? Wait a minute, isn't the cheap labor in the foreign countries? Looted countries wouldn't be able to provide the cheap labor. Morons like you never think through a god damn bit of your raving.

  • @d1stewart1 - What? Willie Whittle was setting up Capitalism as a form of government, (in opposition to Communism) and you say *I* don't think things through? This guy's so stupid and such an ass kisser he's not even worth my time to be careful in my critique.

  • I've tried to use Bills argument about people moving from socialist to free market nations to leftists before. They look smug and say "that wasn't a real socialist country." They always argue that the next socialist nation will be true socialism, all socialist countries that you name all were actually not socialist countries. No amount of quoting the socialist dialogue and stated goals of Stalin, Mao or Hitler will convince them. Why? Because the socialists' mind is closed to reason and logic.

  • @Siegetower Next time, just ask how many people they think will have to die to attain it. Utopias must be built on the murdered corpses of the Unfit. Its why I am not an advocate of Utopianism. I value every human life.

  • @Siegetower

Have you heard of the "No True Scottsman" fallacy?

Socialists are one big walking talking "No True Scottsman" fallacy. In fact, it should be renamed the "No True Socialist" fallacy.

It goes like this... Any "Socialist" state that has ever ACTUALLY EXISTED was NOT A TRUE SOCIALIST STATE. The only True Socialist State is the NEXT one that they will create.

Uh...unless of course they succeed. Then, once the bodies start piling up, it will magically become NOT A TRUE SOCIALIST STATE.

  • @Siegetower No evidence will convince the Left because most of them are utopians. They still wait for heaven on earth. "Good" is not good enough. Marxism and other utopian fantasies are secular versions of the Second Coming. Man, not God, will create paradise on earth. That's why they say "that wasn't real socialism": because they have an a priori assumption that socialism will create a perfect world. It's quite literally a superstition: an upside-down faith where man takes on the role of God.

  • @Siegetower Except that this is a false choice. The difference between Republican and Democrat isn't between capitaism and socialism, it's between a mixed capitalist economy, where state funds are spent on provivate enterprises that supports republican candidate, or a mixed capitalist economy where state funds are spent on improving the lives of the populace.

No one who is actually reasonable or logical would possibly suggest that mild tax increases + health care reform = the soviet bloc.

  • @aceflashheart Thanks for responding. I'm actually not American and am a Monarchist. But to respond to you. "state funds are spent on provivate enterprises that supports republican candidate" ? By (R) you mean (D)? Eg Barney Franks(D). Who arranged for amendments to Congress Bills to build an international airport in his District electorate that basically serves him alone. Same time those on the (D) side with the Community Reinvestment Act pumped taxpayer funds into creating the GFC debt crisis.

  • @Siegetower The community reinvestment act did not cause the GFC (how could it?), excessive borrowing at low rates via an overvauled currency (euro) caused the GFC, i've heard some conservatives try and blame the 2008 financial collapse on the community reinvestment act, but never the GFC...

Massachusett's 4th congressional district has only 1 airfield and it was constructed in 1919, you may wish to check your information.

  • @aceflashheart You contradict yourself. You say the 2008 financial crisis is somehow separate from the GFC? What does GFC stand for? Global Financial Crisis...financial crisis that's been going since, you know, 2008. The Comm. Reinv. Act forced state subsidised banks to create credit for people unable to pay. Those debts were sold and onsold many times over to investors and commerical banks worldwide as 'assets'. When the GFC hit everyone realised they were junk and then renamed 'toxic assets'.

  • @Siegetower When you said GFC I assumed you meant the more recent Greek Debt Crisis.

Richard Fuld (former head of Lehman brothers) says the collapse was due to lack to lack of oversight. Ben Bernake says the collapse was due to lack of oversight. Timothy Geithner says that the collapse was due to lack of oversight.

  • @Siegetower No-one on earth, except a small group of Clinton hating partisans thinks that the community reinvestment act caused the collapse. CRA was at most $8 billion dollars of goverment loans (keep in mind that AIG was not opposed to CRA, and were not 'forced' to make those loans, they helped lobby for it, because they thought it would make them a profit).

If you want to blame clinton for the financial collapse, then blame him for signing Gramm–Leach–Bliley, not the CRA.

  • @aceflashheart Quite a few people on Earth blame the CRA. 'Debt' was not one parcel of debt that sits on a bank ledger. As I understand it anyone holding these debts then on-sold them or used them as collateral for multiple other dodgy investments.

The relationship between the government and AIG is not quite a free market relationship, it slides towards a fascist-type relaionship of the government directing private capital. One of the things the Tea Party has been agitating against for years.

  • Technical note: audio is way too low!!

  • UNfortunately, the democrats "feel" and they make their decisions based on "feeling" and the reality is that they are not logical mostly emotional and eratic. I would also add that national socialism and Stalins socialism killed more than 100 Million people in the last century. The government wielding God like power never goes well. Can you look at any of our politicians and think it would be any different. A government that does not fear the people is a tyranny.

  • Weren't the pinkos the ones complaining GWB not being in the 'reality-based community'? That's more ironic than a black fly in your chardonnay..

  • As Ronald Reagan said, "Facts are stubborn things."

  • The last word Whittle says in this video sounds to me like, "Chowderheads". I guess I need to see The Princess Bride again to understand fully.
