Remember when Stewart was just a dark secret Adam kept in an upper room of his mansion, after he'd showed up in Pine Valley? (An idiot/insane twin) I guess this was about 1984. Are there any scenes of this here on youtube?
I always loved Natalie Dylan and thought she was stunning. I remember when Janet dropped her down a well in a basment and impersonated her. The only one who suspected of the switch was Natalie's son, Trevor. I was in elementary school then, but that was AMC in its golden years!
@GenXorcist1976 Sorry I said 1995 or 1996. I wasn't thinking!! I meant to say 1993-1995. No Offense, but i already knew also that she left just after she got the Daytime Emmy Award.
@GenXorcist1976 At 0:01, was the one of Joe and Ruth first taken with the onscreen children in the early 1982? At 0:01, was this the second photograph of just Joe and Ruth after the children are not in the picture and was this one either photographed in 1982 or 1989? After anyone is old, they will be this young again forever someday I hope as we do get born again in he spiritual world again soon!
That picture can't have been from 1982 because Michael Brainard wasn't playing Joey (now Jake) at the time. To the best of my knowledge, Joey was a child actor in '82 though he certainly had no story to speak of beyond maybe sneaking cookies from Gramma Kate's kitchen, LOL! So I'd say the pic here is from '89.
@GenXorcist1976 At 0:01, was the one of Joe and Ruth first taken with the onscreen children in the early 1989 or 1990 as why was there also a second photograph of just Joe and Ruth alone after the children are not in the picture and was this one either photographed in 1989 or 1990 or just, 1989? After anyone is old, they will be this young again forever someday I hope as we do get born again in he spiritual world again soon!
@GenXorcist1976 If All My Children ends and gets off the air, I just wrote on Susan Lucci's wall on Facebook is that I think Susan Lucci should come and rope with me someday and I want Susan Lucci and I to compete in a calf roping event and also the team steer tying event and Susan Lucci and I could both be very good to rope and tie calves and I think Susan Lucci could rope with me a lot more often rather than be on the crazy silly old soap opera "All My Children", what do you think?
@GenXorcist1976 Rodeos will never disappear like the dinosaurs and the rodeos will be around forever and ever in the 11th millenium and beyond and I really know they will be, won't they? In my eyes I think they will forever and ever again be the same in the future from the past someday soon. After anyone is old, they will be this young again forever someday I hope as we do get born again in he spiritual world again soon!
@GenXorcist1976 I'd feel better if Susan could rope with me and I hope she does, I'll be glad to rope with Susan Lucci someday!!! :) :) :) Susan, should go rope with me someday, after All My Children ends, I would agree that she could.
@GenXorcist1976 One day I will become a real-life cowboy as a real professional rodeo cowboy for the rodeo event for calf roping (tie-down roping) someday, I much only mostly prefer to rope calves around the necks only in the rodeos (which is what I'll be doing for only real fair life), and that's the way I ought to make my living as a real life cowboy as a rodeo, as I want to only be just a perfect rodeo calf roper.
All I've wanted my whole life was just to be a great calf roper and everybody might think I am the perfect best greatest fastest tie-down calf ropers in the rodeos and open ropings.
One day, I could win the calf roping championships at the Calgary Stampede in Calgary, Alberta, the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas, Nevada, th...e Spicer Gripp Memorial Roping in Hereford, Texas and the Mo'Betta Calf Roping up in Apache, Oklahoma, which means I would love to be featured in rodeo DVD's forever to be repeated forever and forever to stay alive forever and always just to show how well I am at my tie-down calf roping.
@COWBOYMACLEOD Everybody might think I am the perfect best greatest fastest tie-down calf ropers and ranchers to show that one day, I could win the calf roping championships at the Calgary Stampede in Calgary, Alberta, the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Spicer Gripp Memorial Roping up in Hereford, Texas and the Mo'Betta Calf Roping up in Apache, Oklahoma, which means I would love to be featured in rodeo DVD's to show how well I am at tie-down calf roping.
Also, I'd be the perfect rodeo cowboy and western rodeo painter as the perfect western rodeo artist, someday, as if to do lots of rodeo tie-down calf roping action, steer wrestling action and bull riding action and a lot of ropers, some probably at the Mo'Betta, Spicer Gripp Memorial Roping, Calgary Stampede, and other rodeos, so many people could feel dominated at the sport of how well it's just the main event.

Both ropers were tied on as the competitors' ropes were tied on hard and fast-like steer roping today. The header would rope the steer, then the heeler would rope and jerk the steer down. After the steer was brought down, next, the header would dismount, while his horse kept things tight, run down the rope and tie the back feet together together with a square knot above the dewclaws, did you know that?
@MrJuly1990ish No it didn't. The main template by animation, music, and design did after their creation in 1989. There are clearly different cast members from the earlier 1990 versions I have from January and May. This exact video might have been a same-day update to the opening, which was on Palmer's and Opal's November 1990 wedding episode.
I'm not disagreeing with you Carmaker1, what I was pointing out is that AMC changed the whole opening on their 20th Anniversary. Meaning, they started to show some of the cast members now in the new opening with the displayed of photos. As before up to that point (from 1970-1989) the old opening only showed a hand opening a book of the self title program, that's all.
@MrJuly1990ish Oh okay. I thought you were assuming my comment referred to me not being aware of 20th Anniversary replacement on January 2, 1990 and that this exact cast opening was around 10 months earlier, as Debbie Morgan was in that original version. Some have assumed no changes were made until 1991 and I've had to correct that sentiment quite a few times.
What was the name of Genie Frances' character? I know she was Diana on DAYS, and of course LAura on GH, but I don't recall the character she played on AMC.
@lizlawton In my eyes I think they will forever and ever again be the same in the future from the past someday soon. Who is the other actor at 0:06 is that John James (who played Jeff Martin) or Van Stephenson from the band BlackHawk and is he wearing a black t-shirt, black sweater and black pants?

God forsaken/forsaking perhaps... but none cast upon the wind entirely :-)
I guess the fact that Billy Clyde indeed shows up in the AMC photo-album proves the Agnes Nixon quote:
The Great and the Least,
The Rich and the Poor,
The Weak and the Strong,
In Sickness and in Health,
In Joy and Sorrow,
In Tragedy and Triumph,
You are ALL My Children

It has to be one of the 1990 versions' because the Fryes' are not in it, also Debbie Morgan(Angie Hubbard) is there who left in 1990 & returned in 1994.

I got it wrong in the fact Angie Hubbard was played by a different actress.

This intro is from 1990, not 1994. I can tell by the characters featured in the pictures.
