as it turns out, your talents as a mind reader are far exceeded by your singing abilities.

i think you've got all of the chords in your fingers there already, with the possible exception of two. try this easy way for the bit you're missing: Bm7 (barre 7th fret), C#/B (barre 6th fret, middle finger continues to pedal the low B), C/B (barre 5th fret, ring finger continues to pedal low B), B (barre 4th fret, pinky pedals low B) - the last one is a bit stretchy).
