I bought this game at Gamestop quite some time ago, and to be honest I enjoy playing it a lot. I'm almost 42 yrs. old and during the 1970's I basically cut my teeth on old pinball games, the whole pinball arcade experience with my Dad set me up real good to become a semi-serious gamer later on in life. Again, I like this game, I feel like I'm getting my $1.99 worth out of it. Maybe next I'll try and look for that Williams pinball collection!
The ball physics in this game are horrendous. My wife picked this up for me used at Gamestop for either $3 or $5 and it's barely worth even that. The Williams collection is better but still nowhere near perfect. Pinball FX2 is the only way to go for great video pinball action.
btw there is an awesome game called future pinball thats an open source pinball game that you can actually make your own pinball table completely from scratch! its awesome and theres a forum that has tons of good tables and recreations of old ones as well.... and a feature for head tracking movement so you can move your head and the camera would move with you...amazing
@se7six nice! look up vpforums and theres tons of user made tables as well as recreations of other tables...and if your up for it, check out visual pinball, tho its kinda confusing to set up at first, its rewarding in the end cuz theres like every single table ever made haha

Crave really needs to bring their talent for pinball to XBLA, PSN, etc. and start giving Zen some competition!

It was a blast! Might look forward to this collection. :)
Yeah I have this for the Orig Xbox and the downside to any EMU Pins are obviously the physics but this one did it very well! Black Hole on here is VERY NICE!
The problem with Pinball video games as beautiful and as complex as they are is the fact the Physics of the game is usually wrong and the ball in computer games would never go where the ball goes in real pinball machines.
@kevinjmann yeah but they are more fun than in real life i think. pinball machines are quite bland i rekon, but in a game they can do all thses things that reality just cant do in a machine.

I was very sceptic about Gottlieb, but I've decided to give it a shot on my PSP after seeing that there are at least two tables with ramps and all... and it's worth every penny. Pretty cheap too, about 9€ in PSN Store. Even "Genie" got me hooked with it's awesome retro powers. Never underestimate the power of retro ;)
And the arcade feeling is great with all the background noise and sound from poor pinball machine speakers ;]

Only gripe for this Gottlieb one is that they didn't include the Rocky table (for obvious licensing reasons). I would have liked to have a "push in right analog stick to throw bottle of liquor through backglass" feature.
What i'd love to see is a pinball game based on that Sesame Street animation, the 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 one. That'd kick ass!
Oh, Mark if you really want to see a really good video game pinball game (as in what if you could do in a video game, you could do in a pinball game, not an emulation) check out "Flipnic" on the PS2, extremely overlooked, but utterly awesome game!!!

The Xbox version can be found at Best Buy for $5. It works on the 360 in BC mode so you can play it with a custom soundtrack in HD.
