I keep looking around for an impressive usage of the wooden dummy. This is by far the best. All the other videos out on you tube lack the intensity displayed in this video. i know form is more important, but sometimes I just want to see someone who has form down and has pure speed and power to boot.
I have always wanted a wooden dummy.
