Hitboxes never been bad, it all depends on your console rates and the server. the guy ( shadowarrior ) just have a gay ass slow pc that can't handle css so he plays 1.6 and the server he was on was probably a 33 tick or a " create server which is worse.

Stop proving hitboxes are OK with bots, bots are handled by the server, so the server makes the hitboxes at the right positions.
If your hitboxes are bad, blame the damn lag compensation, not VALVe or the engine.

100tic is exactly the same, but the hitboxes react faster, i was at timescale 0.03 and they were reacting at the same rate as this.
