A drug is any chemical you take that affects the way your body works. Alcohol, caffeine, aspirin and nicotine are all drugs. A drug must be able to pass from your body into your brain. Once inside your brain, drugs can change the messages your brain cells are sending to each other, and to the rest of your body. The lastest of his recipes I tried was the Teh Halia (tea) for Arthritis. It's also for general aches and pains in the joints, so I made it for my Dad. (He does heavy labour work so he's alwys aching) and after about a week (drinking it daily) he noticed a change. It's been so successful that were all drinking it daily!
This guy's amazing. Truly, so passionat about what he does. I never wanted a garden or flower beds (there are acres of field behind my house and I don't have to do a single thing) but after seeing a couple of episodes of this, out came the flower pots to have a go at this. Wish me luck and if you've done this, tell me how you're doing!

Aaah! That land is at waste if you do nothing with it :( Grow as much as you can! Seriously, try it all!! It's trial and error so you won't know whats best to grow until you've experimented. Best of luck!!
