Disney has come up with some REALLY good songs in the past. "Tale as Old as Time", "Can You Feel the Love Tonight", "I Can Show you the World", and "Part of Your World", to name some of the best. It's too bad Disney has faded so in recent years. It's rare that you find a REALLY good song on one of their movies now. Disney used to be the bomb.

Reflection? You mean Mulan? Yeah, that song was cool. Mulan was among the last of the good animated Disney movies. It wasn't the same as the other classics though. Maybe it was that guy that died that had so much to do with Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid?

he also wrote some songs for the new Little Mermaid broadway musical. which is quality classic disney.

That's cpomforting. He did some great work. The Beauty and the Beast theme is my favorite Disney song of all time. Running up close second and thirds are the "flagship" songs from Aladin, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid. It'd be a shame if Disney finally lost that. It may well send the company under.

You are so right ^^ In the past few years I didn't even see a Disney Move that I really liked. The last one was... if I remember correctly Monsters Inc. If I didn't forget anything than this Disney movie was the last one I REALLY liked. I think it sucks that they're only doing 3D movies now T_T'

Well, these new CG movies are cute, but I miss the old, warm, fuzzy-feeling of the older movies. They actually meant something, you know? They were entertaining, had good plots, had superb music, and breath-taking artistry! They had hidden messages for life too. Take Beauty and the Beast for instince: It's about love, and finding the beauty within, and the entire movie revolved around that theme with both direct and indirect referrences to it.

Lol. Ok. Disney usually does a good job on animations. They've always been good at that. I admire them for it. That's why movies like Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Mulan, The Jungle Book, The Rescuers, The Little Mermaid, and The Lion King will always be immortal to me.
