The more on key to your body you become the faster you will gain meat, later.

  • Keep working at it. I'm new to weightlifting and I've learned that you gotta eat right. Lifting weights is the easy part, I think. It's eating the right type of foods that's going to be hard.

    Do at-home exercises until you can get some money to buy weights or a gym membership.

  • Yo can do it, don't get stress what people told you or comment about yourself. Yo are going and doing very well. Look for videos on internet about tips that can help you to gain muscles. My dtory is like yours, I'm imigrant, when I came to miami I was 14 years old with 79 pounds, I was worst than you. Now, people, old friends of mine dont even reconized me because I have change a lot. I was like you, I started from home workout, and try to eat at least 6 meals a day. Good luck.

  • You are using too much weight for those Barbell Curls. Keep it slow and in a good form. Try to make it 2 seconds up 2 seconds down. If you cannot do it that slowly and accurate you're using too much weight. It has MUCH more effect to use a good form with lowe weight, than swingy dingy cheating form with Monster-Weight. Slow and good form causes maximal Muscle Stress. Thats the key for good results.

  • i was never a skinny kid. I use to be a bit chubby in high school. Then I started working out in college. I cut down a lot and gained some muscle. However I always wanted to get bigger. I've been from 160 to 149 when I cut weight for a competition but was kind of small in size. Then in 2 years I was back to 160. I only recently corrected my diet. I started eating 5-6 meals a day to fit in at least 3500-4000 calories. In the past month I have gone from 165 to 170 (172 after eating) Good luck!!!

  • Water no sodas or juices. 70% or so of muscles is made of water so stay hydrated through out the day. Do not just drink water right before you workout and think ur hydrated cause fact is ur not. Once your hydrated you notice that your able to lift heavier and go for longer periods which will in turn lead to new Max's in strength which will lead to muscle mass. Workout 3 times a week and DO NOT focus on only biceps like I have but I changed my routine :). Do chin ups, dumbell flys, Ab exercises

  • NO REFINED SUGARS. I figured this out the hard way when I was using ramen as my carbohydrates it did NOTHIN. The ONLY time its okay to have such sweets is RIGHT after a workout. I use gadorade recovery cause it contains the fastest moving protein whey. Drink protein shakes. I drink two muscle milks a day. I may have gone a little over on my carbs so I will reduce 300 calories from that catogory cause no one wants a fat gut. Sleep and recuperate so your muscles will have time to rest. Drink ONLY

  • Just keep lifting buddy , research proper form techniques and you willl be fine ! you dont need expensive equipment either just proper techinique and HIGH INTENSITY for best results. Dont get me wrong a set of dumbbells are great and so is a bench but there are many ways to use house hold objects to lift, without the risk of injury. I hope you achieve your goal. PS. TRY NOT to stress , a good way to relieve stress i find is to do an intense workout and release that stress out with each rep.

  • your technique is a bit off, watch your video again. you want to keep your elbows from swinging. keep them next to your sides and curl up using your biceps. If you look in your video your swinging your arms meaning you are not isolating the biceps and compensating other muscles, this is probably because the weight is too heavy. explode up with energy lifting the weight, flex at the top, then lower the weight slowly like a 3 second count. Also face sideways next to a mirror when doing this.
