cocealer is weird its like an oil you cant get it of with water it never dries out cuz it is / is filled with oil this is what cocealer is : lotion, oils, and eyeshadow ! i know right ! such a jip you can make it your self i acttualy have and it works you can also make lip stick with vassaline and old eyeshadow!
