@warsun99 WRONG in the four part. The Lightning Force Power is from the dark side, because to use it, you must have enough anger and hate for it, feeling that are AVOID to the Jedi.

After all, there are a bit of exceptions in this case like Kyle Katarn, who had experienced the Dark Side enough to control a bit some powers like Gripping or Lightning Force. But he uses only those dark skills some times, because if he does it so much, he will fall to the Dark Side of the Force.

Dark Jedi simply use it more often, because it is an iconic symbol of the dark side. Not necessarily true. Not all Jedi believe in a light or dark side. Some believe there's just one force, and it's how you use the powers that make you good or bad. Jedi who believe that can actually use some dark powers like lightning without going dark themselves. I know Plo Koon used force lightning to incapacitate a target.
