Repairing special weapons isnt really a problem, all you need is some Weapon Repair kits which you can make at a worckbench and all you need is Duct Tape, Wonderglue, a Wrench, Scrap Electronics, and 2 Scrap Metals to make it and I believe it takes a Repair skill of about 50. Ammo on the other hand will problaby be a problem (I have never played with the Wild Wild Wasteland perk on so I wouldnt know anything about it xP)

though the critical for it is just awesome...too bad that you have limited ammo :(
