  • Thank you for everything you do everyday. You save lives, no one can be against that, no matter what they believe. No religeon wants a child to commit suicide for any reason period. Thank you!

  • This honestly made me cry

  • I'm sorry, what does the q in lgbtq stand for? I've n. ever seen that before

  • My parents kicked me out two weeks ago... I effing hate my parents because of it... They're ridiculous!

  • I think its nice to be positive, but false hope is not the answer.

In my experience, it doesn't get better. Bullying is prevalent throughout our society, including the workplace.

I'm not gay or a minority. I can't imagine how terrible it must be to live in this country as a gay person or a minority. I feel for them.

Discrimination is awful. My only issue is looking younger than may age. Apparently way younger. People have never stopped bullying me for this. It doesn't get better.

  • Thank you for the work you do.

  • thank you guys, straight, gay, transexual, it doesn't matter. we're all humans.

  • The Trevor project is amazing

  • Whos Trevor?

  • Truly amazing work you all do, thank you.

  • that girlfriend in the first story is a total fucking cunt. and i HATE using the c-word but god thats a fucking cunt right there if know one

  • NO ONE should have to hide who they are, ever! No parent should EVER push their child away, no friend should ever abandon their best friend, no living body should have to suffer because society is cruel. People are who they were created.

  • what is this world coming to? that we have parents who throw their children out just because they are themselves. It is appalling and i want to cry. I am so thankful that my mother and friends support me being gay. It's terrible that these kids are subjected to this. i wish i could meet them in person and talk to them

  • i cried so much at 4:16 :'(

  • I heard about this organization on The Colber Report and came to YT to find out more. What an amazing project and cause. I'm not GLBT, but I fully support what you're doing here. It's brilliant...and about damn time this very real problem of bullying GLBTQ youth became very public.

  • hmm this is a first ...I've never heard of a girl saying male homosexuality is disgusting. It's usually "oooh cool!!!", "Really?!?! :)..:D!!", "cute ^^", "hot!!" or "orgasmic!" and pretty much the only thing negative is just "aww...:(" but never heard of "disgusting" by a heterosexual female

  • i wish this was a featured video or something. It deserves so many more views and it would really teach something important to everyone. Especially the homophobic bullies out there. I do believe this video could change their views and behavior. If not then they are heartless and they are just a disgrace to humanity.

  • @SingJiya You should grow up.

  • why is 16 such a popular number among gay people?

  • @catgirl01 idk sweet sixteen? lol I was 14/15 when I came out

  • It makes me cry thinking about how hard these teenages have it. I love my parents and friends for supporting me when I came out as a lesbian, I didn't even know how lucky I am. I really want to do something for these people! It's so sad that someone can get so far out, get so depressed about their sexuality, and so alone, that they feel that suicide is the only way out. D':

  • i balled thru this! i did honest to God i did! idk what i would do if the Trevor Project wasnt here...Guys it gets better honest it does and ur not alone we love you and i love you! God bless be safe and remember ur Not alone!

  • a lot of my friends have lost contact with their family because they think are devil and a sin to christianity, being a really religious country, we are f--------cked

  • @bobbypatz Isn't it sad what religion is doing to this country? Hopefully the sensible people will rise above them all, and make this country less of a theocracy.

  • is there anything like the trevor project for kids in the UK? that would really help me.

  • If i had known about the Trevor Project before i threatned suicdie i would have called and asked for coming out advice insted of feeling like my mother would not accpet me. As a gay teen i want to help this orgization but i have no money. I wish there was a way i could. Good Job Trevor Project and keep up the work.

  • I think this is such an amazing program

  • oh i LOVE you guys. thank you so much for being angels. this gives me chills because i feel their pain. its saddening but even more strong

  • this is an amazing help line...they helped me :]

  • I love the idea of The Trevor Project ever since Sister Unity from The Los Angelus Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. But since it is not available in Canada where I live, I really started to get depressed and wished that they could be in Canada because of the cause that they are supporting. I know it is not available in Canada because I tried calling and I wrote a lettwer to "Dear Trevor". Please, try to make this helpline available in Canada. I have tried to commit suicide about 23 times already

  • thats so sad that a teen got kicked out of his house for being gay

  • theN had it on the commercial

  • i love the project...its the best thing thats ever happened to me

  • This project is wonderful, and now I know who to call when I have no one.

  • You...your entire project, it's amazing. I have no idea how to express my words to this. You truly are angels to the teens that need help out there about their sexuality...

I almost cried when I heard Brian say that they kicked their own kid out of the house for being gay. It really does disgust me that people like this would do this to someone so young.

I really can't say anything except that this is truly such a wonderful project to exist and save young lives.

  • @Xjustin3009X I tried to kill myself many times, but God did give me the chance to survive and i've been througt to many things, but today I'm out of the closet and my mother accepted me as the person that she gave borth... me

  • I just wanted to thank you for the work your doing for young people. It is sick the way people treat homosexuals and it is wonderful that there are people like you who will ready to talk to young adults and help them. It is amazing.

  • I heard about the Trevor lifeline in this book i read called Absolute Brightness. It was a really amazing book, it even made me cry.. I thought about calling this line so many times. I used to cut myself a lot, but i don't do it too much anymore.. I was raped by my father when i was 6 years old, and a more times afterward.. I went through serious depression and have tried to kill myself several times. I think about doing it almost everyday.. I'm going to definitely call this helpline sometime..

  • i heard about this program on tv earlier this morning, i thought i would see what this whole thing was about, im am not gay/les/bi, but i do support gay rights, i think this program is a awesome idea.

  • Hi, you said you heard about The Trevor Project on tv...can I ask you when & what channel/program?

  • at my skool we are forced to watch this thing on channel one called news for teens...and we get a comercial about the trevor project everyday. and during our suicide prevention program they talk to us about trevor project. and we watch tht video about it too.
