  • @shanedawsonfan777 I have the "Ideal Body Weight" app on my phone and it says that you should be between 112.5lbs (small frame) - 137.5 (large framed)...I think depending on your body frame, you're right where you should be:)---now it doesn't hurt to workout anyway and tone your muscles.

  • people should just start eating healthy and do some sport for about 1 hour a day(min) and you can avoid these things you lose a lot of weight just by beeing of the junk food ... You can work out all day but if you eat like crazy you will never lose weight ...

  • Wow, i did, even taking 30-60 breaks between each one, and i was really slow doing each exercise and i am absolutely tired as crap. Sweat is drenched down my face, my heart is pounding, and im breathing really heavy. Damn, that was the best workout i have done like this month. Im so out of shape rofl.

  • @meanrainbow you haveto realise, some people who do TEN TIMES as hard workouts WITH EQUIPMENT only loose about 5 pounds a month, so yeah

  • @cryformurderplz in my mind its a waste. you can do just as well without any equipment. all it takes is knowledge and hard work and eating right, same thing as if you were using equipment. you actually save money that way too

  • this is cardio so you can do it everyday. you should do weight training 2-3 times a week. :)

  • @Death2Fresh you can easily weight training at home by using your own bodyweight.

    - Buy a pullup bar and do chinup and pullups with different grips and do different styles of pushups and you have an amazing upper body

    - Then just do squats, lunges, burpees and there's your weight training routine

    Your theory is not all that correct because when you are working out and working a particular muscle that muscle will burn fast around it for energy.

    So if you work that muscle(In this case your abs) you can burn the fat around it. (Your stomach fat).

    I am just telling you from what I know. Not trying to be an all knowing annoying A** :)

  • @Joshmv14 Isn't spot reducing fat not really possible? And the abs are pretty small muscles and won't raise your metabolic rate much. Of course it cant hurt. But you can have strong abs and not see them behind your fat.

    I have very strong abs but I can't see them that well unless I pull my stomach skin down.. You should also work and what you said is right, I retract my previous statement(If possible) I have followed up on a fat blast rountine and it involves almost every muscle.. It has worked quite fast from what I've seen

  • @crazyasianskills i say fat ppl have abs cuz everything they do is a workout (im skinny not fat btw) because the fat is weighing down they're arms, and they get use to it and like BAM! insta-muscles, then if fat ppl get skinny, they'll be like, realy strong... but thts my theory....

  • in order to lose a weight u haVE wok very hard its not 1, 2, 3 step join the gym and fitness classes like dance, fatburner will help

  • looks like there are no workout things that dont involve pushups, i injured my arm and cant do 2 pushup with it giving way

  • It's possible for you to work out without push-ups, however, your arms are going to be extremely weak, while your abdomen and legs are going to be much stronger. So yes, you could ignore them if you just want to get rid of fat on your stomach.

  • hi, i have an inquiry about the beach body workout. this video was connected to that page after you confirmed your e-mail. it's slightly different than the workout in the pdf. but i found it helpful to learn the correct posture. but my real question is, how often do we do the workout? 2-3 a week? everyday?

    also u can try different kinds of tricks so ull have fun too :D

  • just eat nothing but protein and fruit and veggies and combine this with running and sit ups and some light boxing and your gonna get fit real fast :)

  • Much better today. Still not ready for the stuff that comes after the Jumping Jacks, but I made it through the Jacks without a huge amount of huffing and puffing, and only 2 extremely short (2-4 sec) breaks.

    I think this workout has some potential.

  • Holy crap I'm out of shape... 3 minutes of jumping jacks damn near killed me.

    I'm gonna keep at this thing for a few days though, see if I can eventually make it to the rest of the workout. LOL

  • im 11 and i weigh 116. im not exactly fat, but i have a slow metabbilism or however you spell it. workouts dont help, but i used to eat only1 meal a day, but i got unhealthy. ive used this exact video for the last 3 months and ive lost 35 pounds.

  • just so you know when you eat only 1 meal a day your metabolism actually slows much more. what you want to actually do is eat 6 small meals through out the day. this will keep you with constant energy and speed up your metabolism. =] hope this helps at all

  • @priestxthexbeast 116 is a little bit overweight for your age... don't eat 1 meal a day that's unhealthy.. instead.. eat less carbs and break your meals in half like.. eat a small breakfast and break lunch and dinner into two small meals throughout the day.. also.. go rollerblading/biking/swimming or jogging for about half an hour a day and first.. then work up to an hour.. or two.. little by little you should see results... you need to do cardio first before you do these workouts

  • @butwerenotrobots1 the number of the weight shouldnt matter as much because this number has a lot of questions for example if you have muscle the number in the scale will be higher and also how tall can determine if you that number in the scale is telling you if you are over weight or not

  • exercise and keep at it i used to be over 200 pound mark and people always called me a fat ass and the real bell ringer for me to get in to shape was my doctor telling me if i didnt loose weight he was going to have to do a diabeties test on me well anyone have that done? well i said hell no and worked out constently watched what i ate and kept at it i lost weight and its noticable so work out dose work so get off the coutch and get those legs moving

  • Actually I have done that diabetes test, and i was pregnant. Theres nothing more cruel than starving a prego. I use to be 240 went down to 150, gain 20 had a kid lost it all except maybe 5 and now im back up to 200 Ive gained 30lbs since febuary. I notice people talking about anti depressants causing weight gain which i guess could have been my problem but im not on them any more. Im determined to get back down to pre baby
