Standard tuning is EADGBE when you've got a capo on the 1 thread the tuning would (probably) be F#A#G#CF#... But my advice, get a capo, it's a lot easier than tuning up and down... :)

@VerryWildBerry it is just transitions from Em, G, D, Am (I believe). The Chorus starts at C but uses the same chords as the verse in a slightly different order and ends on a Bsus I believe. Using the Capo on the first fret she keeps it within the same key as the original. Its pretty simple to play for the most part. I taught it to myself within 10 minutes.
