Crystal is and forever shall be my favourite version :)

Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald were the peak though, because they had all the best pokemon, AND just the most familiar ways of doing everything. It wasn't all based on graphics and whatnot. It was a challenge, and not a complete messy giveaway like the new ones.

However, I LOVE pokemon and I'm going to attain the new one. It will be spectacular.

i personally never liked Crystal, Gold, or Silver

because

1. the game was too easy i mean the 1st gym leader had a lvl 10 pidgeotto as his strongest

Lance's strongest pokemon is a lvl 50 Dragonite

2. Good for beginners

3. Not enough new pokemon, only about 3 or 5 out of the 16 gym leaders had at least 1 Johto pokemon

I really wish they'd quit doing the same thing over and over again. I swear... They've changed things a bit over the years of games but still, the attacks are still as boring as ever. They should start thinking about how to make the gameplay a lot more interesting especially the battles...they attacks are just so boring. I still like the games, but jeez! Its time for a drastic change.

yeah, i I were to make the next game I would have a really good idea. I would make it so that the battles are somewhat like pokemon stadium but you would actually battle instead of watching things happen. I would make it similar to what they do in the show when they battle. Like you could tell your pokemon to jump and avoid things or take control of the pokemon and battle with it like that new Naruto game that just came out, Ultimate Ninja storm but with pokemon.

you can catch both Palkia dn Dialga after you finnish the elite four. But you cant catch darkrai without special requirements yet :'(

in pokemon platinum you can get Girantina but Dialga and Palkia will also make an appearence so you can get them too. Theres also new outfits for the main characters.
