begithestrange is right - he made the original picture ugly first, you can see where he distorted her features with the liquify tool. This is a crappy video. Pretty much all he did do was to blur the pours, and blurring people's pours, in my opinion, produces a rather fake and plastic appearance. This is a complete fail.

This is sorta... not very good :S I mean, you ended up losing all the skin texture, which is a massive nono in photo retouching. You could also have liquified much more, done some colour corrections, shadow/highlight corrections, and endlessly more. I am disappoint, good Sir, I am disappoint.

@begithestrange He may have started with a pretty face and made it ugly, but it's obvious he edited it to get it back to pretty. This is evidenced by the history display on the right side. It would be decreasing, instead as he works it increases. Simply rewinding a video wouldn't do that.

I think the original image isn't quite natural. There can't be a face like that. It seems like it's king of liquified randomly to get a really ugly , out of this world -face.

I actually thought at first that you were "undoing" the liquify job you did on her.

I really don't think you need to do the entire tutorial. You've covered ALL of these techniques in the past.  People should go look through your other videos because they are great and have taught me a ton! The only thing I *think* you haven't done an in depth tutorial on is the retouching you're doing with the eye dropper and paint brush. I would be most interested in that part of the process.

Not your best work dude, I have learned so much from your other videos, but I believe this is out of your range. Either that or you didn't take your time on it. I don't see the purpose of this video as she doesn't look attractive at the final result. If you're going to create such a drastic, unrealistic change to the person, atleast take the extra step to actually make her pretty. What I'm pretty much trying to say is, she has flawless, unrealistic, textureless skin yet terrible bone structure.
