  • hey man. just writing again to say after watching your vids ive been inspired to take to weight lifting. ive just bought myself a weight bench and some dumbells. problem is i know diet is a major part in bodybuilding. i was just wondering if you could advise me on what foods to eat and how much also how often through the day do you eat. im 150 pounds i want to gain up to 217 at least. im going to do the work outs in your vid. also can you get big arms with light weights or only hevy weights

  • thanks for the response man. holy shit your wrist are over 8 man mine are about 7 lol. does bodybuilding increase the size of your wrists. and you should try a little amateur boxing seriously man i reckon you would be good.

  • bodybuilding does increase bone density a tad but it wont make large changes...to be honest i'd rather be the guy with small joints as it makes the muscles look bigger!

    I did a bit of boxing but i was only good at blocking with my head lol

  • hey man cool vid your the size i would like to be. just wondering how tall are you and how big are you wrists. i was looking at your profile and you say you like mma. man you look more like a boxer youve got an upper body like a tank. i bet your punching power would be pretty hard.
