Interesting. With my songwriting, I seem to either get the chorus down right away and then have to work at the melody, or vice versa, trying to get enough contrast. This video just showed me a different path to accomplish that. Thanks :)
this is not complicated stuff. he mentions modes, but knowledge of music theory isn't necessary to comprehend the intent of this video. its a great video, and i'm gonna incorporate it into my guitar compositions in the future.
