There are some really strong articles about this insane bail out on David Duke's website.
Read them, because this is the time for all the American people to stand up for their rights! Especially right before the presidential election. Don't vote for any of these two idiots, Obama or McCain, but let us take our country back!
after they tax the middle/working class out of existance, who's gonna bail them out next time? this whole ordeal leads to cannibalizism, sooner or later they will self-destruct
OMG! It is a wonderful day in the neighborhood! HR 3997, the $700 BILLION dollar bailout bill DID NOT pass the House of Representitives! What is SO great is that more Republicans went against this bill than the Democrats. Finally, finally, Bush's own party is starting to see through this fucking loser of a President. Not a minute too soon! The People Have Spoken! Praise Jesus!
As I understand it, its 700 Bil. broke up in installments, 250 Bil. right now to the Treas. sec.Henry Paulson (R) who will also be appointed to the new oversight committee,( he gets to oversee himself) along with...
Chair of the Federal reserve.... Ben Bernanke
Head of S.& E.C.... Christopher Cox (R)
Sec. of Commerce.... Carlos Gutierrez (R)
The same ones who's responsibility of OVERSIGHT led the U.S. to fall in to this hole.
France opposed it because it had done dirty business deals with Saddam (a little factoid that Chirac failed to mention).
Also, France had repeatedly violated the UN sanctions and done business directly with Saddam. And finally, France is involved in dirty wars in Chad and Ivory Coast RIGHT NOW.
What a sham Congress. An embarrassment disgusting.
What were you and your constituents doing for all those years?
These are all your pals on Wall Street (Democrats and Republicans) And what about a Democratic controlled house? To see these hearings is a joke as we know about all the gifts from the folks you are going to bail out.
I wish more of us listened to Ron Paul who has been warning of this for a long time. The world now knows how inadequate the Dems. And Republicans are.
Why ball out these companies? What about the poor americans that got hosed by these companies in the first place? Here's a thought, let the companies go out of business and whip all the peoples debt owed to them. This way we don't have to pay the wealthy their bounces and the poor get some relief.
I am not joking,i had a look at USA debt clock 2 weeks ago,as i was curious hearing about the USA massive debt,i have just looked again it is $9.8t,from $9.5t 2 weeks ago.
USA official deficits are so fixed,if a company did them in their accounts they would go to jail.
Chris Dodd is one of the most crooked politicians in this video. He helped pass legislation to get Author Anderson off the hook in the Enron scandal. They are the accountants that were not accountable. Connecticut should be ashamed of themselves.
I think Bush is spending tooo much money on bailout plan. and not thinking bout getting our economy back on track, waisting too much money on war funding. Oil prices too high. But thats my opion. And i still think Bush needs to spend money and getting more jobs done here, n think bout middle n lower class people.
America needs to get back to the basics, we NEED real American conservative values. Obama would be a total disaster for America's economy, since he believes in that big government welfare, subsidy, high taxes both publicly and in the corporate world (America's corporate tax burden it already the world's second highest... and Obama wants to DOUBLE IT which would drive away businesses and investment, as it has already happened from NYC to London)... what is happening now is BS, but Obama is worse.
Too bad "real conservative values" don't exist in the GOP anymore. The GOP has been in power essentially 2000-2006, and it's been a stalemate 2007-present. They had their chance, they fucked it up, and now it's the democrats chance to do something.
It's not just "Democrats," it's the George Soros socialist take-over of the United States! We're like pawns of Ruppert Murdoch on the right and George Soros on the left. I don't trust Obama and his gang banger friends.
Just because the market reacted positively is no guarantee that it would stay that way. The spring is still coiling and if these people take too long, by the time the spring releases, the package may not be sufficient anymore.
My God we're fucking SCREWED!! We have a debt that represents 60% of our GDP, since we're the richest country in the world... that's a HUGE amount! We owe about $10 trillion RIGHT NOW! But that's only the top of the iceberg... we owe $57 trillion in welfare or other compensation packages for the baby boomers, and now we're subsidizing capital losses of PRIVATE companies with PUBLIC funds!? I'm a 100% capitalist, but this kind of crap gives talking points to the communist enemy.
That is bad... but Obama is even WORSE since he wants to go all big government, socialist taxes and welfare, no limit third world immigration, doubling America's corporate tax burden (it's already the world's second highest) which will drive away business and investment.
America NEEDS to get back to its fundamentals. Screw the Europeans, the Mexicans, the Chinese, the Russians, and so on... time to take care of ourselves and get back to the values that made us great.
Heres the reason why mexians are pouring into our nation

And Nafta is a bush backed deal, its called "problem (immigration) "reaction" (our outrage) "solution" (the Amero as new currency and the NAU and/or the RFID card which is the equivilent to the National papers of Germany).
Problem, reaction, the solution... its all in the plan to destroy the dollar in a controlled demolition (as is the deregulation and over spending) to cause the chaos THEN ORDER
lol That was a contradiction Patriotman, a rich man (or country) has no debt because its RICH enough to pay off anything borrowed, in fact, it doesnt have to borrow BECAUSE of the fact its Rich. Because we do means we are not at all rich, the things we have are on borrowed money alone. Rich folks arent "debtors" they are "lenders" and anything we think we give other countries (to bail them out) is rolled into our debt (which keeps piling up)and our nation cant afford, we are BROKE not rich lol
This needs to be stopped by the American people NOW. The idea of a 'blank check' reveals the greatest mass crime committed int the United States. Everyone must contact their state's congressman and demand accountability. AIG has BILLIONS in untouched offshore accounts and the same wall street criminal that play a major part are receiving MILLIONS in bonus money.
CONTACT THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS IN YOUR STATE AND TELL THEM NO!!!
First of all I was a Republican from 1976 until the Neocons seized control so don't misconstrue my criticism of republicans as endorsing the democrats. Wall street donated massive amounts of money to both parties bur mostly the republicans. Lobbyist bought the deregulation that allowed them to perpetrate this scam on the American taxpayer. When corporations make money they only share it with the shareholders. When they lose money they share it with the taxpayers. You have been fucked.
David Duke is a racist asshole and so are you...
Get out, you're ruining it for the rest of us..

Does anyone else not realize the following:
Bush is saying, that the cause of this economic disaster is mainly "bad loans".
His solution? Make one incredibly HUGE 700 billion dollar bad loan to entities that are not qualified to receive nor repay those loans?
Does anyone not see the paradox in this?
No wonder Arbusto failed.
Privatize profits, and socialize losses.
That's the Bush plan.

In another country with another regime sanctions would be imposed for fraudulent behaviour and corruption.
The sanctions only affect the innocent citizens mostly.
Democracy is a wonderful thing where fraudument behaviour gets rewarded.
Send in the military to overthrow this regime.
What deals have they made with the military?

USA could learn something about financial management from Canada.
USA could also learn about foreign policy from France. France opposed this reckless war for sound reasons. Enjoy your freedom fries USA.
