  • pretty good rofl hes like 200lbs and hes doing 45s thats a joke im 175lb and doing 55's so saying hes doing it pretty good is like saying me doing 30lbs dumbell curls good

  • @Newbpwng Maybe he gets better results this way? I've got a friend who is 210, won many natural comps, and curls 45 tops. He has huge arms. Weighted chins will do that.

  • Why do you sway & move your body so much, are you trying to incur a back injury? If you have difficulty keeping your body straight a weight lifting belt would be a wise investment.

  • @100dllrVilliaN most people have just good genes, strong bones and yada yada, You could have two people workout and have bad form, yet only one of them will have a uneven fucked up body, like me, I used to weigh up to 222Ibs. A lot of fat though, now down two 176 Ibs. I have a minor scoliosis, I have an imflammatory muscle on my left shoulder, and I also kinda have a bad hip, I'm a premature birth, too. I was at my peak summer of 08' Now only workout my biceps and triceps. :(

  • Nice power physique---im 6'2 and still after all these years have a lean physique b/c of my height even after lifting---i have more a Ben Wallace body cause I have really long arms---my wingspan is of someone who is 6'6

  • OMFG, its not about how much weight you lift its the form. You can be stronger than a guy that curls 20LB's more than you because he has strict form and intensity. Stop leaving stupid comments, this guy could crush you.

  • This is near the end of a workout mate. If I was to just pick up DBs I could do 65lbs for a set of 10. Its not about the heaviest you can lift tho, it's about how well you work the muscle - sometimes you grow best from a heavy weight with low reps and other grow better with light weight and high reps - no point ever comparing 2 people.
