I have a problem when i'm importing pictures and videos ! There is a pictures in camera and videos but when I'm importing it goes some like to the end and it says:

No pictures and videos find in defice ! First i was thinking then something is wrong with bateries and i buy new bateries but still that :( PLS help

Same here I get no import window popup in fact nothing happens. We need some answers from someone who knows. I havent had this system for a week yet so need help.

@yes350yes You can change your AutoPlay settings so you have the option of importing your pictures and videos every time. Here's a tutorial that walks through the setup.

@Cl4ym0r0n4life What's the file format of the video you are trying to upload? wmv or dv-avi usually works best.

When I try to import photos from my camera to my Laptop, it always shows "No photos or videos are found on this device" I'm really pissed off because of this. I really need to import photos cause I'm starting this blog. So, please? I really need to import photos from my camera to my laptop. This even happened in my other laptop, the autoplay pops up, but no photos are found from my camera :(

@lovethisrecord It should detect the images when you try and import. Have you tried navigating to the camera from the file explorer to find the images manually?

You can change your AutoPlay settings for different types of files yourself. Here's a tutorial:

The autoplay window wont pop up! When I plug in my ipod touch, autoplay works. But for camera,no.

well, first of all, the last version out there (build 7600) is still MAY NOT as good as the real thing. win7 is mucho smoother and faster than vista and xp together
