@MikeM615 Ingredients in English: 1 pork thigh (back thigh) approx 1.3kg 60 ml olive oil 1 onion finely diced 3 cloves of garlic finely diced 2 tsp of red pepper paste 1 heaped tbs of tomato paste 2 heaped tsp of rosemary 400ml beer (larger not ale) 700g new potatoes for roasting salt and pepper.
