Nice time. I have 2:06.666 with the Wii Wheel (also with a kart), but I have issues with the orange miniturbo after the maze part, so I use a different, slower strat. I see that your lap 1 is greatly improvable though. I think you could easily sub 2:05 if you improved your lap 1. Regardless, it's better than I can do!
