nahh the philly accent is more with a's class, glass and also with water. Born and raised in philly never heard some one say spewn or bewt lol. wrong city.

It depends on where your talking about.

South Philly generally changes a's to a weird o, and uses terrible grammar. This is the strongest accent, and I have a slight one, unfortunately. Its difficult to write about and describe. :/

The African Philly accent is also very different, with slang that wouldn't be found anywhere else, and it confuses people greatly sometimes.

See if anyone understands what you mean when you say "you be trifling".
