The thing is if he didn't kick the ball, it possibly would still have hit off Hill''s foot but it wouldn't have been kicked to a open area where Hill had a open lane to the rim. Thus causing overtime. But ref's missed tons of calls during the game so who's surprised.

Are you all warrior fans or something? The rule is that you cant kick the ball intentionally away from another player, I see it pretty clear that Monta dribbled the ball and it was going to hit Hill's foot regardless. So the kick wouldn't matter. Just my opinion.
