why is there a serbian and a croatian nasa mala klinika , they sound the same . molimte reci mene sto ja nemogo zna. tell in english plz

@SweetACAforever you see bolan, they ARE both same because it's the same director (Branko Đurić Đuro). Branko first made a slovenian version ( and slovenian version is original) and he seen that is very popular in Slovenia so he decide to make a Croatian version (everything is the same exept actors) and again he seen that is very popular in Croatia so he decided to make a Serbian version ( same script but different actors)

@SweetACAforever well, it's not many different, may a few words and grammar, and akcent, so it's not 100 % same but it's very very similar ( they understand each other) So I didnt mean that when I said about language
