@Ziikolai Thanks for the comment. You are correct - it is upbeat but that is intentional. Taken as a whole, the album is designed to sub-consciously engage an active child and to calm them down to sleep. This is the third song from a total of twenty, so it is relatively "up". The last half of the album is much quieter and calmer.
