These are the sort of outfits we would be wearing at about 15, never mind 18/19. Even when I was about 13 doing dance competitions I would be put in crop tops and short skirts/shorts. In fact practically all ages wore skimpy clothing. It's what you wear to perform. If someone finds it 'sexual' then that is an issue of their own.
