I see this was posted over a year ago but I hope you still check it cause I have maybe a simple question.. why do I need moleskins? why can't I just use a band aid or a piece of tape?

Great kit. I have heard about some dangers of using sooper gloo (patented, lol) for open wounds, like infections, poisioning. I would like to hear any more input since you said you're a former EMT. Any reply would be awesome, i mean YOU carry the stuff, so I guess some of the things i read may not be true. Thanks for the vid!!

@playdrums We have the materials for the first aid videos evaluated by a hospital nurse who worked for years in the ER. She mentioned that it should be safe and recommended when there are no other alteranatives
