i LOVE these trucks!!! i remember an old chu pac that used to collect compost. was on a Ford F800 chassis......i'd stop whatever i wa doing and run out to see
Thanks for posting our video. The trucks are proudly made in Canada. Shu-Pak has been building refuse equipment for over 40 years and we were the innovator of the side loader.
WOW, glad to see that there is someone on here that works there with ShuPak! Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't your company design the popular reciprocating packer system for Manual Side Loaders...?
A MSL for garbage and recycle. Brilliant!! I am planning on starting my own garbage biz and this is the truck i want to use. Hats off to you guys at ShuPak
this is similar to the version of the labrie expert t 2000 we use in toronto but the bucket is a bit smaler and the hopper is not devided, it is split up and down though, 40 60 split i think
Yeah we got some Labrie Expert 2000s in my Mississauga, new and old ones. The new ones have a dual compartment which is split in half. There's a little shout that goes to the left side which is the smaller compartment for organic green bin stuff. THe right side is the bigger side and is used for yard waste or recycling. 95% of the time waste is picked up in the rear load trucks.
It looks like an awesome truck to use but how about a cart tipper and it looks like an automated arm is out of the question. But for a company or town with no carts this is the truck to buy. Thanks for posting Trashman
ya, there always is the option of a cart tipper to be added on, the manufacturer rarely makes it with one already on. but you're right, it would be difficult to mount an auto arm
Awesome Video!! - did you say you got this from the Shu-Pak website?? This is the truck used in Bluewater Recycling Association. I'll save the video and post it on youtube!
