Fascinating poem. I like your descriptions and the way the words are put together. Your delivery is also very cute, you seem so sweet. The poem was inspirational to me, cuz I feel I'm in a bit of a rut. I'm an artist whose muse has been disrupted by depression over the past year or so, and I wanted to say thanks for posting cuz it lifted me up quite a bit, and your video made me smile :)
@skoatgoat i'm really glad my poem helped. things do get better and you'll find that afterwards you have a lot more depth that you can add to your work ... which i know doesn't make what you are going through worth it, but it made it a little more tolerable for me. i really recommend counseling or meditation or both. writing was also really therapeutic for me. take care of yourself <3
Wow this is so powerful! I have been really getting into spoken word poetry lately. I've been thinking about writing some slam poetry and uploading me performing it, but I am too scared! I love writing though, I have a blog where I post a lot of my written poems. You are really brave for doing this, keep it up!

That was nice. I think we can all relate to the feelings in this poem at one time or another. My favourite part was the wicked witch of the west simile. Was there someone in the room eating?
@chocolatecheesechip thanks! i'm glad you like it :) my brother was eating in the other room. i TOLD him that the camera would pick it up ... i think my next poem will be about the emotional turmoil one feels as one tortures a sibling to death! ;)
@TheSharpenedPencil Yes, another familiar feeling, the conflict between family love and the natural instinct to destroy the source of misery! Lolio! I really do like your heavy poems.
