I'm not too sure what Tops is. I'm going to say Montanoceratops since he doesn't have any above-the-eye horns but the frill is wrong. Then again, I wouldn't be suprized if they just invented a species for the movie.

@CaptainCretaceous91 Triceratops have three horns (tri = three), one on the nose, the other two on the frill/head shieldish looking thing (wow, maybe I should just call it a frill xD), and it looks like Tops only has one on his nose. Protoceratops don't have horns at all, unlike their tri-horned cousins. Hope that helps :D! (protoceratops(dot)org for more info)
