I don't think there is a question of affording all this. This lethal looking ancient rusty pile of scrap iron is probably the best roller coaster in North Korea.

@amuchi890 The country's way of government is a way when money is made, the government and the army recieve it first, then the people. You can see the army use it quite a bit.
