Aparently, he was Daniel's stunt, and i think he appears in the chamber of secrets film, as a boy from Draco's quidditch team when they show their new broomsticks.
Yes he was in the Chamber of Secrets as the #1 beater in the slytherin quidditch team. He was the one who made the ball go in the circle and made a point. He's a sweet guy.
