In my company we only get bonuses if the company makes money and the amount of those bonuses is directly proportional to how much money the company made ... how does a company lose its ass and still pay out bonuses? I makes no sense and sounds like theft, these people, the payers and recipients of bonuses, should be made to return the money or be thrown in jail, the only way to stop this shit is to start arresting people for it.

IMO, Pay for performance should be implemented for Congress, the Federal Reserve, and the US Treasury.

I usually like your speeches and questioning of people testifying before Congress, but not this time. Please try to get our money back from the banks and rein in the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve.

We wouldn't need to adjust banker compensation if you geniuses had not given them hundreds of billions of dollars. The banks that gambled and lost should have failed.
