Since when was blues-metal popular? Load and Reload albums have enough heaviness in them to still pass for a Metallica album

We all have our excuses, travel allowance, hauling equipment and what not. Think about it. Lars just spearheaded it very aggressively. Yes Metallica should have given a better cohesive response, and not ambigious answers they gave in press. Its about ethics, about the sole livelihood of musicians.

But thats the thing, I would charge for gigs mostly, and sell cds; and if someone wants to get a cd for free off the internet that's fine; I mean we can already listen to music for free off of youtube, its not much of a difference if its stored on an mp3.
