  • Peter Wales! could not do this type of paint job he would not know were to start no worries his comments will never bother me he needs to prove to me and others he can do a complex paint job like this one which he could not.

  • the under coat all ready has a light undercoat to start with to make the blue pop . The reason i did it this way is because thats' the same process the real full size G Jive was painted must go by the same way to get the same results. Thats why i paint it in this manner. The fuselage is a Airstar international

  • Nice detail work. Whose fuselage did you start with? Usually when i paint, I make the base coat the least easy to cover. In other words, it is easier to cover blue over white than it is to cover white over blue. If you started with white pearl first and masked off the white area and shot blue, the blue would cover easier and the white would be a killer undercoat for the blue to pop. Just consider it. But you are doing a fantastic job and this will be a killer scale heli. They fly and look great.
