But about that weight loss thing....now, I don't think it would be too far-fetched if Raven & Jennifer has some kind of secret weapon aside from the standard artillery, but they very well could've used the old natural way! When I 1st got on weight watchers a few yrs ago, I lost 20 lbs. I didn't really exercise or anything..just followed the program & drank TONS of water. So it could be possible!

I don't think people HAVE to share exactly how they lost weight, what works for some, may not work for others. One thing that is common in all weight loss success stories is motivation. If they didn't have that, no trainer, fad diet can help them.
