One of the most underrated vocalists in the music industry. I love me some Gwen Guthrie....and if you really think about it, there is NO ONE else in the industry that sounds even remotely like her. She had her own sound....she could write songs...and was one of the premier background singers in the industry for God knows how many yrs. I miss her terribly. Favorite song by her would be, "Younger Than Me".

This is history...This was the HAY days of New hope...So many are gone but their memories live deep in our hearts. Nick Drinkard is on Organ!!! The only one I don't see is Cissy Houston who had the radio choir. That is the one I sang with for years. Before moving to Houston!!! Wow Gwen was Great...Sing New Hope...
